Refund Policy — Tuned Plugins (a sub-brand of Safari Audio Ltd.)

Once you purchase a product from Tuned Plugins, the following refund terms apply:

1. 14-Day Refund Window (Unused Products Only)
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase as long as you have not activated your product.

2. Activation Ends Eligibility
Once a product is activated — or once 14 days have passed — your purchase becomes final and is no longer eligible for a refund.

3. Technical Issues
If you run into any technical issues, our team will gladly help you troubleshoot.
Technical problems on supported systems/DAWs are not considered valid grounds for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Include the following details:

• Your order number

• The email address used during checkout

5. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds are processed within 48 hours. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original order.
Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear in your account.
